Welcome to Üppy. By using our platform, you agree to the following terms.

1. Use of Service

Üppy is a marketplace for buying and selling pre-owned goods. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

2. Listings

Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings. Items must be legal to sell and accurately described. Üppy reserves the right to remove listings that violate our policies.

3. Payments

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Üppy acts as an intermediary and does not store payment information. Funds are released to sellers after delivery confirmation.

4. Returns & Disputes

Buyers may raise disputes within 48 hours of delivery. Üppy will mediate disputes and may issue refunds at its discretion.

5. Limitation of Liability

Üppy is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for transactions between buyers and sellers beyond our role as a platform.
